We were engaged by Fairmont Hotel Boutiques and Miller Harris Perfumer to produce a sales associate training video. As exclusive supplier of fragrances to the hotel chain, Miller Harris wanted to ensure sales associates throughout the hotel chain were presenting the product in the same fashion. The training video features the history and quality of the brand, demonstrates how to apply fragrance and explains all the ingredients (Notes) in each fragrance.
